We offer international shipping on selected products on the website and all order shall be pre-paid. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements on any orders.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our no-refund and no-replacement policy.

We currently ship to select international destinations. A list of eligible countries can be found during the checkout process. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team to see if accommodations can be made.

  1. Shipping Fees and Costs

Shipping fees are determined based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. All applicable fees, including but not limited to insurance, shipping costs or any other appliable fees, shall be calculated once order is placed on the website for any product and thereafter, Foyer shall inform the same to the customer.

Due to the high value of our products, additional handling fees may apply.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

International delivery times vary by destination.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 15 (fifteen) business days of receiving the shipping and insurance payment from the customer or within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date when the product is ready to be shipped, whichever is later. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, remote locations, or unforeseen events beyond the control of Foyer.

  1. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

All international shipments may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping costs. All products are shipped internationally without payment of duties.

If the order is returned to us due to unpaid customs or import fees, we are unable to offer refunds or re-ship the items.

  1. Packaging and Handling

Each item is meticulously inspected and securely packaged to ensure its safety during international transit. We use high-quality, durable materials for packaging, especially for fragile or oversized items, and handle all products with the utmost care to preserve their condition.

Due to the value of our products, some items may include additional protective measures, which could impact shipping costs.

  1. No Refunds, Returns, or Replacements

All international sales of products are final and non-refundable. We do not offer replacements for any items, for any reason whatsoever.

Important: Please inspect your product carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging or have concerns, please capture an unboxing/unpackaging video and document the issue. Post the same contact our customer support within 24 (twenty four) hours of receiving your shipment. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but we cannot offer replacements or refunds under any circumstances.

  1. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for lost or damaged items during transit. However, each shipment includes insurance, and in the rare event of loss or damage, we will help facilitate a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note:

  • Lost Shipments: Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if you believe your package is lost.
  • Damaged Shipments: Capture an unboxing/unpackaging video and document the damage. Thereafter, contact our customer service team within 24 (twenty four) hours. We will assist in initiating a claim with the shipping provider.

Please note: Claims are subject to the shipping carrier's policies, and we cannot guarantee outcomes.

  1. Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address or Refusal

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or refusal to pay customs fees, we are unable to offer a refund. Additional fees may apply for any attempts to re-ship the order.
