Returns & Refunds

For any product related exchange/return request, you may write to us by emailing any day at care@foyercollection.com. You would be required to mention your order number and reason for your request being made for exchange/cancellation.

  1. Where goods have been delivered to you, you must return these goods to us; when you notify us of your cancellation, we will inform you how to return the goods to us.
  2. Returns are only applicable on orders where the products were damaged during transit or has any manufacturing defects.
  3. Products must be returned within two weeks from the date of delivery. To support your return request, we would require a recording of the unboxing in an unlikely event where the product might have been damaged during transit.
  4. We shall not be able to process exchange or refunds for orders where the products have been: (i) manufactured to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs; or (ii) which are not suitable for return due to their condition all goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate; or (iii) products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
  5. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected. Foyer will process any refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in conditions as may be intimated by Foyer and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions herein.
  6. We aim to process the refunds as soon as possible, but this may take upto 30 (thirty) days. Your order total will be refunded, minus costs for shipping and handling each way, within 30 (thirty) days after we receive & check the returned goods.
  7. In addition to the right to cancel your order, you have the right to return any products you receive within 2 (two) weeks from the date of delivery. For returns of products, contact the Foyer Customer Care Team via email. Foyer will send you a return slip to the email address that has been provided. The return slip will guide you through the return process.
  8. All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the order received is defective).
  9. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  10. If the order is to be cancelled after shipment, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases which shall be intimated to you by Foyer.

Product Exchange

We will arrange to exchange this item from you and will apply an appropriate collection charge. We shall process exchange requests made by you within 7 (seven) working days, however, this timeline may differ from product to product and as per availability of the product in the warehouse and on the location it has to be delivered to. The collection charge will be the same cost as the original delivery charge levied and will be payable by you to the Delivery Partner. To arrange a collection please contact the Customer Care Team via email. We shall not be able to process exchange for orders where the products have been: (i) manufactured to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs, or (ii) which are not suitable for return due to their condition all goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. While exchanging any product, if the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to an exchange may be affected.
